The owner was dishonest and arrogant, using what I believe was illegal false advertising to get potential customers to book. Even after I confronted them, they still didn't refund me. Luckily, the app we booked through gave me a full refund and said it would take action against this property.

We felt misled by the advertising because the photos don't match what we found, and hope the websites listing the property will check into the situation. On arrival, the bedroom, bathroom, and shared kitchen were all short on cleanliness. The towels were torn, perhaps from too much wear. Even in Siena, the price felt incredibly high for the quality.

The shared kitchen was very clean and had everything needed to cook. The room was spotless, comfortable, and in a quiet area. The location is excellent, close to piazza ddl campo. I'd only suggest adding a bathroom toiletries kit.
