The room was lively and had a great view of the stadium, where we watched some football. The hotel is nice and well located, though it got noisy at times. We hoped to eat there on arrival night, but that wasn't possible, and we couldn't get room service either. My partner also struggled to get service at the bar and help at reception, while staff almost fell over themselves to help me. I saw the difference myself. She couldn't have been nicer, and I still don't know what the problem was. The lifts were odd too: we couldn't call one to level 2 unless it was on the floor above. That's why I'm taking a star off.

It's easy to walk from here to the old town and its restaurants, and there's a great, cheap coffee and croissant place right opposite if breakfast isn't included. The hotel is right out the front of the bus terminal, but we had a room facing it directly and couldn't hear the noise inside.

A really poor-quality, trashy hotel. The staff don't treat you well, and our room was dirty with mold on the ceiling. Reception turned off the AC every day, maybe because they're having financial trouble. I'd say it's 3 stars at most.

The front desk team were professional, kind, and multilingual. They helped us store our luggage after checkout and print museum tickets. At this location, valet parking is easier than parking the car yourself. It cost €35.

We had a large, comfortable room with a big bathroom. Breakfast was very nice and offered plenty of choice, and the hotel's central location worked well for attractions and restaurants. Our room faced the road, though, and there was enough noise that we had to wear earplugs.
