Hotel Palazzetto Rosso

There are only nine rooms, and each has its own furnishings. The building dates back to the 13th century and has an interesting history. Breakfast was amazing, with fresh berries, raspberries, blackberries, eggs and freshly brewed coffee. The location is hard to beat, and the staff are great. FLAVIA was especially lovely, always smiling and full of useful recommendations. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re in Siena.

After days spent sightseeing, coming back to the old charm of the Palazzetto felt like coming home. The hotel is beautiful, spotless and well located, and the staff are courteous, respectful and attentive to our comfort. The bath and shower were a little awkward to climb into at first, but got easier after a few tries. We’ll stay here again next time we’re in Siena. Grazie a tutti.

I almost want to keep this hotel to myself so I can get a room whenever I visit Siena. The building and its history are remarkable, the art is fun and interesting, and the rooms are roomy and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. I’ll recommend it to friends and family, and I’ll be back. I wouldn’t visit the city unless there’s a room for me here.

The building is spectacular and close to everything in the old city, but what made the stay memorable was how warmly the staff treated us. They made us feel like family and handled every request brilliantly. Everyone was helpful, especially Ilaria and Federica. The lobby breakfast spread was lovely, and the cappuccino was the best in Siena. We’ll be back next time. Well worth its stars!
