It felt like the building's 500-year history carried through into the decor. The receptionist was friendly, and getting to our room took four separate keys, so the place felt very secure. But the heating wasn't working and it got a little cold at night. There was no hot water either, which was a real letdown.

We didn't have a car, and the location made it easy to walk to lots of lovely views, restaurants, and shops. Just be aware there's no lift, so this won't work for anyone with accessibility needs. We had a great experience here.

Melissa, the owner, was so kind that she even recommended and booked us a dinner table. The staff were all super friendly, and it made for a wonderful stay in beautiful Siena. The room was immaculate, and the location was ideal for seeing the sights. We can't recommend it enough and will definitely stay again. Thank you 🙏

I've never felt as well treated at any hotel as I did by the incredibly helpful staff here. Our room was so cool and very clean, and the location in Siena was the freest. I'll absolutely recommend it to friends and come back next time I'm in town. Thanks, Michelle and Melissa!!!

Melissa and Michelle were kind and quick to help whenever we needed advice or a service. Our apartment had loads of space and everything we needed. We especially liked how it was close to everything but away from the built-up tourist areas. A really charming place to stay.
