Daniela and her family did so much to make us feel welcome and comfortable in this special residence. It’s a treasure in the heart of the medieval city, and we highly recommend Palazzo Masi. We loved the experience of staying here during our time in Siena!

The room was cozy, clean, and full of character, and the location right by the square was great. Daniella and her husband were available and helpful with suggestions whenever we needed them. What makes the place special is sweet Daniella and her husband, whom we met several times. They gave up their careers to devote themselves to making the hotel and building feel like home. I wouldn’t miss the chance to stay with them. Thank you, Daniella!

Daniella was a wonderful hostess after we arrived in Siena with a last minute change of plans. She suggested things to see and some great restaurants. We stayed in the single room on a shared floor, and had the best experience. Everything is just a few minutes’ walk away, so the location is hard to beat. Thanks again, Daniella! If I’m lucky enough to return to Siena, I know exactly where I’ll stay. Grazie!
