Breakfast was plentiful and really nice, the location was central, and our host was pleasant and helpful with information about the city. The rooms were modern and super clean, and the beds were among the comfiest we had in Tuscany. We also got two pillows each, which was unusual compared with a lot of places we stayed during our week in Italy. A couple of things could be better. The booking sites say parking is available but don’t mention the €20 nightly charge. It’s in a secure lot, which is a plus, but I’d have liked to know the cost before booking. The room curtains also let some light through, and we prefer blackout curtains. Even with those points, I’d definitely stay here again for the other positives.

The staff kept in touch well and were attentive, and we had everything we needed. We were inside the city walls, with easy access both into the city and outside it, and lots of great spots nearby. Just be ready for a steep hill at the start of each outing, since the place is at the bottom of one. We had a great stay.

Breakfast came right to our room at the time we requested, with plenty to choose from. Our room was clean and spacious, and the place is very easy to reach, just inside the old city gate. Private parking was convenient and cost €20 for the night. We stayed one night in October 2024 and would 100% recommend it.

We had a lovely view, and breakfast served in our room each morning was such a nice touch. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The parking garage is close by, as is the escalator that takes you farther into the city. I’d stay here again.

We were here in the off season, so I’d recommend booking ahead. There were nine of us and we had plenty of room, with lots of supplies, great WiFi, and an awesome breakfast spread. It was extremely clean and close to downtown, with parking down the street and handy escalators up to the town square. The owner was wonderful, and we had a fantastic stay at Siena VIP B&B. It was one of our more enjoyable stays in Italy. If we return to Siena, we’d definitely book here again.
