The hotel was close to the bus station, and I had a very nice stay. The staff were friendly, the room was good, and the air conditioning worked really well. I also enjoyed the nature view and the good quality breakfast. The bed was clean too. I only wish there had been slippers on the floor. Thank you, Hotel Vico Alto. Arrividercci.

For the price, this is such an amazing hotel. I really liked it. The people working here are super sweet, the rooms are clean, and breakfast is amazing.

6/10
The service was excellent, and breakfast was nicely prepared with lots of choices. That helped make up for some of the room's problems, though my stay was a mixed one. There was peeling paint, cracks in the walls, and furniture that didn't feel stable. The shower and bathroom door were troublesome, and noise from nearby rooms kept interrupting things. The AC was a little dusty, and the lighting could have been better. I'd rate it 3/5.

The staff were great and made us feel very welcome. The AC was a little noisy and had some dust.
