The location worked really well, with shops right next door, including a very good pastry shop and a pizzeria. The train station is an easy walk, and trains to Florence run every half hour. We’d love to return and highly recommend the apartment. It’s an elegant, carefully finished place with lots of thoughtful details. There are two balconies, three TVs, a well-equipped kitchen, good Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. We felt right at home. 😘 Erich and Brigitte

We came to Signa unexpectedly with our sick child after a hospital stay. David was so responsive and ready to help, and he surrounded us with care and warmth. We were recovering from an accident, so it was a difficult time, but staying here left us with some of our warmest memories. Thank you, David!

It’s a lovely, modernly furnished apartment. The bedrooms have split A/C, while the living area has a portable unit and a heater. There’s also a heater in the bathroom. If you’re coming as four people, keep in mind there’s only one bathroom. The bedrooms needed more attention: the floors and furniture were dusty. Parking nearby takes some searching, since the lot in front of the entrance is almost always taken by neighboring residents. There’s a large shopping center lot about 300 meters away that can solve that problem. David was very helpful with our needs and gave us tourist information. One note about the online listing: there are no bathrobes, and the coffee maker is a moka pot, so you’ll need to buy coffee.
