The coffee was excellent, though breakfast was just toast and ready-made jam portions, so I expected a bit more. It's an older hotel, but the staff were very friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean. A great base for exploring Florence and Tuscany.

The staff were so kind and helpful, and I'd suggest booking directly by phone instead of using a website. Breakfast was simple but good. The hotel is close to the station without the trains being noisy. We did find a few mosquitoes in the room, though they had provided repellent. Our mattress felt a little too firm without a topper. We were on the ground floor near the breakfast room, and the noise was noticeable after 7:20 a.m. I'm sure the other rooms don't have that issue.

The friendly staff were helpful, and the hotel is a great base for seeing Tuscany. I'd definitely recommend it.

We had everything we needed and a really good time. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the mattress suited me even though I like a somewhat firm one. Breakfast was plentiful, and everyone was kind and attentive. Highly recommended. Have a great holiday!

It's quiet here, and the staff are friendly. The breakfast buffet has fresh fruit and plenty of choices, though most items come in plastic wrapping. Our ground-floor room had a refrigerator and safe, and the bathroom was clean and reasonable. The hotel sits below an unattractive apartment complex, and Signa station is a 20-minute walk away.
