I ended up packing my bags and leaving at 2 a.m. because I couldn't take it anymore, and my planned weekend was ruined. The room was barely decent, with a bad smell, a cracked sink, and a shower clearly marked by rust and mildew. There were cigarette burns on the bedspread and curtains, too. Local workers often stayed there for long stretches and seemed to treat the place like their own home. They gathered by the entrance and vending machine to relax, shouting and smoking late into the night. The smoke smell was unbearable and seeped into the rooms. The owner apologized, but didn't offer a refund. I paid for a stay I couldn't use. That's what happened to me, you decide.

The welcome was warm, but the stay turned disastrous because of the other tenants, or supposed tenants. They slammed doors, especially at night and even in the morning. The room had a double bed, but its two mattresses were uncomfortable. The shower stall leaked water because the doors opened inward. Parking went to whoever arrived first, at any hour, day or night. One star, maybe that's too generous.

The two downsides for us were the Wi-Fi, which you can't access without an internet connection, and the breakfast, which was included in the price but wasn't served in our room. The hotel itself is very nice and looks recently renovated. The rooms are nice and clean, with very spacious bathrooms.

The bed squeaks, and the shower handles are rusty, with mold all around the seal. At least the room seemed clean and tidy. Breakfast was a basket of snacks and fruit juices in the room.

The lady was kind enough to welcome us even though we were outside check-in hours. My boyfriend and I stayed at the Super Relais Stella last night and were more than satisfied. The room was very nice, basic, and super clean.
