Residence La Sfera

After a year here, we really felt at home. The apartments are roomy, and there’s a laundry on site. Carlotta and Rosy have been so kind and ready to help with anything. It’s in a quieter part of Pavia, close to supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. The center is about 18-20 minutes away on foot, and the station took us around 25 minutes.

Carlotta and Rosy made moving in easy and helped the residence feel like home. The place is clean, comfortable, and feels safe, with services nearby. It’s also very well managed and accessible.

The staff are what made La sfera feel like home while I was studying in Pavia. Rosy and Carlotta treated us like family, and the manager and reception were there to help around the clock and make the place comfortable. I’ve been here for three months, and giving them five stars feels like a small way to return their kindness. The apartments have plenty of space, good beds, lots of closet room, a TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, a library shelf, and study tables. There’s also a stove, refrigerator, sink for washing dishes, microwave toaster, and dining table. A washing machine in each apartment would be useful, but the building has two large washers and a big dryer shared by residents. There’s lots of parking and room for bicycles, too. It’s neat, cozy, and has most things in one place. I’d strongly recommend La sfera.

I’ve been here for seven months, living thousands of kilometers from home, and I’ve felt very safe. The owner and receptionist are kind and always helpful. The apartment service has also been handled without giving me any headache.
