We got delicious pizza at the restaurant, and breakfast had a very good range of options. The wellness area was lovely and super clean. We arrived soaked from cycling and were welcomed warmly right away. The hotel leaves nothing to be desired.

You can't book this hotel if you don't speak Italian. The only response you get is 'no speak English'. That's very poor.

The spa was a real highlight, especially the pool set inside an artificial cave. It was a lovely place to unwind after hours of dancing. I was there for a weekend Argentine tango event, and the hotel worked really well for it, with organized areas for classes and milongas and a warm, elegant feel. The staff were professional, polite, and helpful, and the rooms stayed clean, quiet, and comfortable between activities. Food was another strong point, with hearty, tasty meals and a generous breakfast with plenty of choice for the busy workshop days. Dancing late in such a welcoming setting made the whole weekend even more fun. I'd happily recommend the National Park Hotel for a stay or an event like this.

The location was excellent, with everything we needed right outside the hotel. We stayed three nights and found the place met our expectations completely. The food and cleanliness were both excellent, and the staff were consistently courteous and ready to help with our requests. I honestly don't understand the less positive reviews.
