We chose a basement room because it was the only option left. It was quiet and very clean. Claudia and her husband were wonderful, with useful suggestions for things to do in Schlanders and for wine. Breakfast was excellent, and we could leave our bikes in the garage. A very pleasant, private guesthouse, and we'd happily return.
On our second visit, we were welcomed just as warmly as before. The rooms were very good and breakfast had lots of variety. I highly recommend the Carni Claudia.
Pension Claudia is in an excellent spot, just steps from the center of Silandro. Claudia was attentive, kind, and quick to help. We had a comfortable stay in a nice, new, clean room. The bathroom was a little small and had no bidet. Breakfast wasn't huge, but there was a good mix of sweet and savory food, plus a really nice choice of fresh fruit.
The homely feel was lovely, and we felt at home straight away. Claudia welcomed us so warmly and, since she only had one room free, quickly arranged another one next door. The rooms are modern enough, very quiet, and the mattresses were impeccable. We could dry our washed clothes in the boiler room and keep our e-bikes in the garage. Breakfast was excellent too. Impeccable, highly recommended.
I was just passing through on foot and found a room at the last minute. The welcome was so warm, and the room was modern, nicely furnished, and spotless. Breakfast was generous, with delicious rolls and lots of fruit, toppings, and muesli. I felt really comfortable and set off on the next part of my hike refreshed and full of energy. Great value for the price. Thank you! 🙂
