We came just for dinner, not to stay at the hotel. The pizza chef is from southern Italy and makes some of the best pizza I've had. The food and service from him and the rest of the staff were great. We booked a table ahead, so there was no wait even though the restaurant was busy. They speak Italian and German, plus a little English. You can get traditional food here, too.

The food was great, and we had a good time overall. English was limited, so there was a bit of a language barrier. They spoke German, which surprised me since we're in Italy, though this was my first time this far north. Still, it was a really good experience.

The food was excellent, and the location was pretty good too. I was there on a business trip and only ate at the restaurant, so I can't say much about the rooms. It gets packed with workers at lunchtime. We had to wait a while for a table, and once we were seated, the waiters seemed stressed and came over to take our order straight away. Even so, I'd recommend visiting to try some of their special dishes.

There wasn't much atmosphere at 1 pm, and having football on the TV may not be ideal if that's what you're looking for. Pizza is only available after 2 pm, and vegetarian options are limited. Still, if you like traditional food in a fairly formal setting with calm service, this place may suit you.

The restaurant attached to the hotel is a favorite of mine. They handle gluten-free food with no problem, so if you're coeliac and nearby, go for the excellent pizza and really lovely hosts.
