The location and animation staff were the only two positives we found. I was very disappointed with the hotel. This is not a five-star place. Management changed years ago, and it now looks like nobody is taking care of it. Maybe it’s a three-star hotel, but no more. The rooms are small and lack plugs, cleaning service doesn’t exist, and breakfast is ridiculous. The lunch and dinner menu feels old-fashioned. Part of the staff behaved badly, and it was hard to find anyone smiling. They don’t even have enough crystal glasses for all the guests, so gin and tonics come in plastic glasses at a supposed five-star hotel. I also don’t understand the reviews on GMB. It seems like nobody has actually stayed at the hotel.

This hotel doesn’t deserve five stars at all. Our room had too few sockets and no ceiling light. The lampshade lamp didn’t work, and the toilet flush button wasn’t working properly. The cleaners also failed to change our towels the day after we arrived, and even mixed up the used ones.
