Getting around was easy with a rental car, and the parking was convenient. I was in town for a wedding at a Tuscany estate just 8 minutes away. The quiet town was lovely for my morning runs, with friendly locals, good local stores, and restaurants to explore. The host respected my space and checked in only when I needed something. When I arrived, he asked if I wanted my sheets changed daily, a thoughtful touch during my 5-night stay. The place was affordable and well-maintained, towels were refreshed when needed, and texting the host made it easy to ask for help or local suggestions. He always replied and gave me useful tips for shopping and getting around. Breakfast really had that Italian feel, with croissants, pizza, espresso, coffee, and more. It opened at 6 AM, which suited an early riser like me. The stay was amazing, and I'd gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. This review is long overdue, but well deserved.

I stayed in these apartments several times from June to December 2024. Their location halfway between Arezzo and Pienza worked perfectly for my work and for my partner Mattia's needs. The owners were flexible and welcoming about our arrival and check-out times. Both apartments are bright, clean, and inviting, with a cozy feel, a kitchen, and plenty of room to make intimate dinners. I highly recommend them.

The owners gave us a perfect welcome, so friendly. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and clean, with a small kitchen that had everything we needed. It also had a brand-new bathroom, comfortable mattresses, air conditioning, two TVs, and mosquito nets on the balconies and windows. Highly recommended, and definitely worth coming back for a visit 💯

We spent the Easter holidays in this charming apartment. It was simply perfect, with courtesy and cleanliness standing out.

Restaurants and pizzerias nearby made dining easy, and the parking was convenient and quiet. We also found the Wi-Fi worked well. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, especially the bathroom, and the linens provided were clean and new. The owners are truly lovely and kind, and made us feel at home. It's easy to reach, close to the Siena highway junction and the A1 motorway, and less than half an hour from Siena and Arezzo. Highly recommended, especially for families.
