I paid €700 a month including bills, but Emma Lisciano later started asking me to pay for utilities. We never signed a rental agreement. When I refused, she cut off everything, including the electricity and water, with three children at home. We'd been without either for 15 days and were desperately trying to find a decent apartment to rent. A terrible experience. You learn from your mistakes. I believe Emma Lisciano, the owner, is a dangerous scammer. Be careful!
