Meadow Forty-Five

The neighborhood was a real highlight: lively, full of restaurants serving different cuisines, and not touristy. We loved spending time where locals live. Although I first worried Meadow 45 wasn't very central, I think being in this area was the better choice. A Conad is about a 15-minute walk away. The train station took just 5-7 minutes by cab, which saved us when we were late for our train to Ravenna. The small, easy-to-navigate airport is around 20 minutes by cab. The apartment had everything we needed, though we didn't cook. The couch was comfortable, the bed was amazingly comfortable, and having two bathrooms was great. The shower was good, there were plenty of towels, and the WiFi was consistent. Our hosts were friendly, available, and very helpful. We were delayed for several hours at the Paris airport, and it became clear we'd arrive after the office closed. We called the office number, got an emergency after-hours number, and had no trouble getting into the apartment. It was also very inexpensive. A real treat, and we'd warmly recommend it.
