Check-in was a bit confusing at first, but once we got past that, we had a great stay. We rented a two-bedroom apartment with friends, and it suited two couples perfectly: each bedroom had its own bathroom, with a sitting and kitchenette area between them. They kept the kitchenette stocked with water, juice, and coffee. The place is right in the middle of everything, yet tucked around the corner on a quiet street. We'd stay again.

Carlos takes such good care of the details, and I adore him and these residences. The apartments are beautiful, spotless, spacious, and fully updated, with a perfect location in Florence. This is my favorite place here, and I'll stay every time I come back. No need to look further.

We checked out the next day. The toilet smelled like sewage during the day, the hot water kept cutting in and out, and the bedroom got very noisy from the hot water pump. If you're used to four- or five-star hotels, this place isn't for you. Spend more and stay somewhere decent.

Loved the personal care given to all the details. The apartments are spacious, beautifully located in the center, and come with superb service and amenities. Great value for money, a 10/10.
