I’d been coming here for seven years, and things were great until now. This year, my friends and I brought a gel blaster that shoots compostable pellets, and the owners confiscated everything because they didn’t like it. They now come by every morning to check that people are following their rules. There are lots of new restrictions: no wine glasses or music by the pool, no moving furniture, and swimming caps are required. Visitors are banned unless registered with the agency, and the boy is absolutely not allowed in the pool. I won’t be going back. I don’t recommend it at all.

Hello! My family and I had enjoyed staying at this holiday home for years, until the two owners introduced rules about a year ago. For example, they require swimming caps in the pool, which we found very rude. If you rent a house, we feel you should be able to decide what you do there. Visitors need the owner's permission and can’t use the pool at all. On our departure day, we’d agreed to leave at 10 a.m., but the owners and cleaning staff arrived shortly after 9 and talked loudly in the garden. It’s a very nice property, but the interiors and the owners’ behavior let it down. If you want somewhere in this area, look elsewhere. And if you’re looking for someone to make a flawless floor, go to Alessandro Cappelletti.
