Francesco made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay, and his local tips for places to eat and visit were invaluable. Everyone I dealt with, from reception to housekeeping, was attentive and courteous. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished and had all the modern comforts I could want. The bed was comfortable, and it stayed spotless. Sa Costa itself has elegant architecture and tasteful interiors. I was welcomed with a genuine smile as soon as I arrived. It was a wonderful vacation experience, and I highly recommend it.

Our Booking.com reservation was confirmed, but when we got to Sa Costa there was nobody there. The garden was a mess and looked like it might be under construction. We called and messaged, but got no reply. Getting the booking cancelled required support from Booking.com, which took time and was extremely nerve-racking. This could be fraud, or at best negligence. Do NOT book this place.

The staff were really friendly, and the place was lovely and clean. La Caletta is within walking distance, and the airport transfer service was excellent too.
