Mrs. Silvana was attentive and very kind, and the room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and clean, fragrant linens. The coffee was excellent, and the basket of products was topped up every day. The fridge always had water, sugar, milk, and good-quality yogurt. I read Mrs. Mariuccia's review and, from my own stay in the same room, I can say what she wrote isn’t true. Everything was new and exceptionally clean and precise. A great B&B, highly recommended, with top comforts: air conditioning, TV, and a fridge.

Our stay was a NIGHTMARE. The price was €109.00, with a regular receipt, even though the website listed €59.00 for that period mid-July. I’ve told Mrs. Silvana about the complete disappointment and terrible service. The problems included an unbearable sewer smell, two beds carelessly pushed together, a very hot top floor, and synthetic sheets covered in lint. There were no towels in the bathroom, the toilet paper roll had already been started by who knows who, and there were only two fingers of shower gel. One power outlet didn’t work, so our phones were dead in the morning. The coffee was undrinkable too.

Mrs. Silvana was so kind and made us feel at home. The room was tidy, and the bathroom was very comfortable, with linens provided. The B&B is well placed for visiting lots of nearby places. Mrs. Silvana also suggested some excellent spots for dinner. Go visit her, it’s well worth it. If I’m back in the area, we’ll definitely stay with Mrs. Silvana again.

Everything was just right, from the cleanliness and linens to breakfast. The B&B is lovely and new, and Silvana is friendly, precise, and helpful with arrival and departure times. She creates a warm, family-like atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Sinnai is a peaceful village with everything you need, including a couple of decent restaurants, and it’s a good base for the surrounding area. The property is new, clean, and very nice, and it’s run by a family. Mrs. Silvana is happy to share useful tourist tips and chat as she serves breakfast, which you can have alongside the other guests.
