The host was warm and welcoming, and we felt comfortable right away in this clean, well-kept apartment. We only stayed one night in Syracuse, Sicily, but the beds were so comfortable that we slept really well. It was also handy for getting to the places we wanted to see. We'd gladly come back and recommend it.

We spent three nights in this attractive apartment, in a nicely renovated building. The staff were friendly, and the center was an easy walk away. Parking is on the nearby streets and depends on what spaces are free. One problem was the shower: the water pressure was so weak that getting washed took a long time and was uncomfortable. The staff asked for our feedback and seemed keen to improve their service.

At 10pm, they got us out of a rental full of bugs. Such helpful people, and we had a good stay. I'd recommend them :)

The balcony was a lovely bonus, and the apartment has a handy kitchen. They left me bottled water in the fridge since tap water isn't drinkable. Sometimes the kettle in Siracusa takes a while to heat the water, so be patient. They even reset the stove for me and were happy to help. I booked directly with them, and when I contacted them through Google they replied quickly and clearly.

A welcoming host, a good location, and an apartment that was very affordable. We were there in January and loved the sunshine. I imagine it could get too hot in summer.
