mmmm, the room and the place weren’t beautiful... the pool was really old.

There are some good points: breakfast was plentiful, the pool was pleasant, it was very quiet, and Eleonora was extremely kind, cheerful, and always available. But the stay needs a lot of improvement. We were first put in a quadruple room that smelled unbearably damp and moldy. After we asked to move, the owner checked another room and assigned it to us. We found dirty sheets that had clearly been used, an uncleaned bathroom, a shower tray covered in dirt, and hair all over the fixtures. The owner said the replacement room hadn’t been cleaned or prepared yet and had only been given to us because we complained about the damp and mold in the first one. It’s absurd to assign a room that isn’t clean. We asked repeatedly for it to be cleaned, but over the following days they only changed the towels. The same mess was still there, even under the bed. The air conditioners had no remote controls, so getting up at night to switch them off was unpleasant. They also gave us a rusty clothesline that stained some of our clothes. The pool could use maintenance too. Its loungers were old and cracked, and one tore our towel completely.

The breakfast was good, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Eleonora, you’re lovely and very kind. It’s a very nice place, but the rooms feel dated and ours had a rundown bathroom. Since it’s a farmhouse with bugs and critters around, it really needs mosquito nets, which are an important feature.
