The owners are friendly and give you privacy. If you need anything, just ask and they try to find it right away. The apartment is simple, clean, and close to the beach.

It was a large, comfortable apartment with a kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. But it wasn't clean. We told the staff and they ignored the issue. With a small baby crawling around, dust, pet hair, and fur were really unpleasant. After we got home, the owner called and insisted the apartment should be cleaned during our stay to prevent any inconvenience.

The villa looks attractive in the photos, but the house itself felt old and poorly maintained. We found dusty items and even old underwear in a drawer. The small, worn shower had limescale-covered heads, the beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable, and there was no microwave or kettle. The old air conditioner was so loud we couldn't sleep, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. We contacted the owner, but he couldn't fix the Wi-Fi. After one night we had to leave and find somewhere else because it was unbearable for us, and the owner blamed us for leaving. The area around the villa is deserted. The 10-minute walk to Fontane Bianche beach was unpleasant, first along a dusty road and then beside a dangerous highway with no sidewalk. There were a couple of positives: a nice sea-view balcony, plus a washing machine and dishwasher.

The nearby beach is wonderful, and the apartment is beautiful, very clean, and close to the sea. The staff were welcoming and pet-friendly. Highly recommended.
