The price was good and the location worked well, so it seemed like a great deal. My concern was the request for ID documents. We sent a copy with some details covered for privacy, while leaving the information required by law visible. The landlord asked for more personal details, which we understood weren't mandatory, so we sent another version. When parts of the ID were still hidden, he threatened to call the police and issue a fine. I have no idea where my data will end up.

There are restaurants and a market close by, and the location is excellent. The building is tidy and attractive, with an elevator, and the apartment is decorated beautifully. The owner was friendly without getting in the way. There is parking in front, though finding an empty spot can be difficult.
