Greetings from Olanda, Floriana. We’ll see you in two weeks, and I’m looking forward to meeting you! I just saw that nasty review on Google Maps. Some tourists really act like terrorists, blaming others for their own incompetence. As a well-known Google reviewer, I fully trust your professionalism and your lovely apartment. I’m sure a clear, fair review can wipe away that “macchia.”

We spent five nights at Archimedes Vacanze and wished we’d booked more. The location is great, and parking is just a few blocks away. Our room was roomy and comfortable, breakfast was lovely, and Florianna and her staff gave us such personal attention that the stay felt special. We loved Ortygia and would happily come back.

My earrings went missing from the room. When we asked for help, the manager insulted us instead.
