They misplaced our reservation, and the person I spoke with was very unfriendly. I had given the booking details over the phone, but she just yelled that I had made a mistake and never tried to find a solution. She kept insisting I was wrong and was rude throughout. After reading so many glowing comments about their customer service, I was really disappointed. I wish Google let me reply directly, so I'm adding this update here. Read all the fine print.

Stefany made getting into the room easy, sending clear instructions over WhatsApp, and her suggestions for nearby places to eat were helpful. The property was a perfect stop while we were passing through Siracusa on our way back to Italy. It's very close to the train station, so catching an early train was no worry.

The room was spacious and very clean, and we chose one with a balcony. Parking was easy too, since we always found a spot nearby. For getting to Ortigia without walking, there's a bus terminal where bus 106 runs every half hour. The host was one of the kindest, most helpful people, and gave us a map with lots of recommendations that made the stay much easier.

The hostess met us right when we arrived and gave us a detailed map and places to try. Every recommendation was incredible and even led us to discover more spots. She made our time in Siracusa so much better. We were really glad to find this lovely place and would stay again.

We found it easy to walk from this B&B to the tourist sights, the island, and the train station. The room felt modern and clean, with everything we needed, slippers included, and you could tell the details had been thought through. We've stayed in lots of hotels while traveling around the world, and this place really felt up to hotel standard, better than many. More people should know about it.
