B&B Marina di Ortigia

The owner's dad was so kind, and having breakfast with him on the roof terrace was a real highlight. Before we arrived, our host sent clear instructions and even helped with restaurant suggestions. It's at the entrance to Ortigia, easy to reach by car, with the Porto parking just a few steps away. You can walk around Ortigia easily, and there are lots of restaurants close by, so it's handy for a short stay. It was noisy because of the central location, though. We loved staying here.

We were looked after by the owner's father, and the hosts were really nice. Communication with the owner was easy, and breakfast on the roof terrace was lovely. It's a cute, comfortable guesthouse in a great part of Ortigia, with clean rooms. Since it's on one of the island's main streets, mornings can be a bit noisy. Fully recommend it.

A lovely little place, really comfortable, with the main sights easy to reach on foot. Breakfast was great too.

Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a treat, with very good pastries and other things to choose from. Valentino was a great host and such an interesting, friendly person to chat with. We enjoyed getting to know him each morning, and he shared lots of local information and recommendations before and during our stay. We were there for 4 nights in June, and the room was clean and comfortable. The B&B is right by the marina, with beautiful terrace views and easy parking nearby. It was a wonderful stay, and I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Ortigia.
