We found a spot to spend a day by the pool, and it was lovely. The hills and garden look beautiful from all around the pool. Annalisa & Massimo are wonderful, and they offer coffee, drinks, and homemade cakes. We came to get away from the city's fierce heat and spent a peaceful day relaxing under the gazebos until Sunday. There are also a few lovely rooms.

The owners even put on a lovely dinner by the pool on August 15th. The atmosphere was friendly and family-oriented, which felt unusual in a good way. Our dog was warmly welcomed too and had plenty of space to run, play, and enjoy himself. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return. The farmhouse is peaceful but well placed for exploring Umbria’s villages. Spoleto is about a ten-minute drive, Bevagna and Montefalco about half an hour, and Assisi and Perugia no more than 45 minutes away. The hosts were courteous and welcoming. Our apartment was large, with nice outdoor areas that were well equipped. There’s a very nice pool, ping pong and table football, and the green spaces are kept immaculate. One small thing could be improved: the cutlery and crockery in our apartment were incomplete and a little dated. It’s an easy fix and doesn’t take away from our very positive impression.

Massimo and Annalisa were so kind, and their tips for places to see around Spoleto were excellent. The farmhouse is cared for down to the smallest detail, from the apartment to the pool area and garden, and it’s a wonderfully relaxing place. Breakfast was excellent, served in a lovely room with a fireplace that made us feel at home. We spent three days here and will definitely come back and recommend it. We stayed for a week in a lovely apartment with two bedrooms, a very large living room, and two bathrooms, one attached to the main bedroom. The big saltwater pool was spotless. It’s only a ten-minute drive from Spoleto. The staff were kind and helpful, and they even treated guests to a delicious dinner on August 15th. The whole farmhouse was meticulously looked after, down to the smallest detail.

A lovely weekend for two couples, little kids, and a dog. Everything felt clean, cared for, and welcoming, and we had a wonderful time. Thanks to the owners. We’ll definitely be back, even just for a weekend away from the city. It’s worth it.
