Our 11-member family stayed with Ms. Monika at the end of June, including our two little ones, aged 2 and 5. There was a modest playground, a foosball table, and a spot for soccer, but the kids' biggest attraction was Ms. Monika's cows just beyond the fence. We also enjoyed the covered terrace in the evenings, with the warm Italian weather and setting sun. The hotel is in a quiet, peaceful area about 30 minutes from the city center. The rooms were kept tidy and cleaned every day. Each morning Ms. Monika welcomed us with a smile, delicious Italian coffee, and breakfast. She was kind from the moment we arrived and helped with transport questions as well as advice for seeing Rome. I'd warmly recommend booking with Ms. Monika, and we hope to come back.

It's a lovely place to unwind after a long day in the city, with a beautiful view across the owners' land. They're really nice and help with everything. The bus connection is good, though the ride to Rome's center takes over half an hour. If you don't mind the city bustle, you may want to stay closer to town.

The family who runs this place are the best part, such kind and lovely people. They even made dinner for us on a few nights, and we're sure we'll come back. The location is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast is delicious. Our kid loved it too. They provided a baby chair and a cot.
