Amazing place. Room was incredible, staff was excellent, and breakfast was included and delicious. Also in a great location. There was a slight miscommunication about check in time, which was really no big deal for us. But the staff felt so bad that they left us a tray of champagne and nuts in our room as an apology. So nice.

It's location is perfect! It's in the middle of everything. The original elevator is a beautiful touch and so happy for it, carrying a heavy luggage six flights wouldn't have been good on my back. I missed check in due to flight delay and was able to go in find a letter addressed to me and instructions on how to redeem room. I did notice email later, communication on point. Breakfast served early, I suggest you wake up early or else left with nothing left. Very friendly receptionist. Rooms cleaned daily. Will plan on going back soon.

It's a very good hotel to stay in, specially if you want to live right next to the Vatican city. The breakfast was good, though it could have more variety, but that's not a big issue. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff is there from 8-5pm everyday. The only problem was that my bathroom light was broken, which I reported to the staff and they said it would be fixed in a day, but that issue was never dealt with. The rooms are on the fifth floor and the elevator that goes up looks like the one from Titanic (really old) and sounds very dangerous, like it's about to break. It also only ha
