Alessandro made sure I was comfortable before heading off for the night, and the food and activity suggestions were excellent. The communal bathroom was exceptionally clean. This is a small family-run place with four rooms, tucked between Vatican City and Castel Sant'Angelo, with quick access to the Rome Metro. The rooms are simply furnished but functional.

The shared bathroom can be hard to use when it gets busy, which is the one drawback. Otherwise, everything was clean and tidy, the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and the location near the Vatican was great. I’d recommend it.

Very central, with helpful staff and a clean, pleasant environment. The only downside is having just one bathroom for four rooms.
