Beb Eclissi

The owners were very kind and ready to help. It’s a quiet spot that works well for visiting Syracuse, Noto, and Marzamemi, while Fontane Bianche beach is just a five-minute drive away.

We had a car and never struggled to park. The B&B sits on a wide private road used by residents and holidaymakers, and there’s an outdoor dining spot under a porch or gazebo. We stayed four nights with my wife and friends. Michele, the owners’ son, welcomes guests, while his father Luigi looks after breakfast; both were cheerful, helpful, and happy to share information or prepare breakfast. The rooms are fairly priced, with air conditioning and private bathrooms. There’s no TV in the rooms, but there is one in the shared living room and kitchen downstairs. It’s a good base for Fontane Bianche beach and for visiting Ortigia, Noto, Marzememi, and the surrounding area. I’ll come back.

The easy walk to both the beach and the cliffs is a big plus. I came back to B&B Eclissi after two years, and the hospitality and cleanliness were just as good as before. Luigi and his son Michele made it another great stay. I’d happily return a third time.

The hosts were kind and helpful, and everything was very clean. My room was a little dated and sparsely furnished, and it didn't have a balcony. Still, the air conditioning worked really well, and I had a lovely holiday.
