The staff made the stay special, so warm, friendly, and helpful. Even though we arrived very late, we were welcomed kindly, and they recommended restaurants and arranged taxis for both our arrival and departure. We felt so happy living right in the heart of Ortigia. Isabella di Castiglia is a lovely original building, renovated beautifully while keeping its character. The central courtyard is stunning, a great spot for early morning sun or a late drink after exploring Ortigia. Our apartment had everything we needed, including a large comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen area, and a spacious, thoughtfully laid-out bathroom. Thank you both!

The suite was €200 a night, and worth every penny. We loved it. The Jacuzzi and beautiful decor made it feel amazing. The people there were lovely, welcoming us and sharing advice about the city. The hotel's common areas are charming and beautiful. This is the place to stay in Syracuse.

Right on the coast in the heart of Syracuse, with restaurants nearby and breathtaking views. We were really pleased we booked this chic, spacious place. The rooms were clean, and coffee, fresh towels, and shower gel were ready when we arrived. It was such an amazing stay, and I was surprised by how pleased I was. Highly recommend it if you're travelling this way. Enjoy!

The apartment looked just like the pictures, and was lovely and spacious. We arrived after 10pm but were met in person and given some great restaurant recommendations. We had left our car on the street instead of using the nearby parking as recommended, and it was towed overnight. The owner immediately arranged a taxi to take us and all our luggage to the towing lot outside town. She'd also arranged for the paperwork to be done and the car to be ready. I can't thank her enough!

Giulia made everything so easy, and I wish we could have stayed longer. Isabella di Castiglia is a real gem, and I'll definitely choose it again when I return to Ortigia. I fell in love with the whole place: the beautiful apartment, the magical patio, especially at night with the lights on, and the incredibly comfortable bed and sheets. The location is great, just a few blocks from the ocean. Thank you for everything, Giulia!
