The best part for us was how welcoming the staff were, and the room was clean and comfortable. We booked in mid-August and were happy with the hotel, though having the room right by reception meant we could hear people outside and sometimes felt a bit exposed. Breakfast was good, with enough variety by European standards. The hotel is in Ortigia, inside the ZTL, and the signs can be unclear. If you arrive by car, call ahead so they can register it, or the police may fine you. Parking was the most stressful part, but the hotel can help, which seems especially useful in peak season. We booked late and the price was very high. At that rate I wouldn't return, since I think I could find a more luxurious hotel. Book well ahead for a reasonable price, though, and this place is a good option.

We had a birthday in the family during our week at the hotel, and they brought us an aperitif and snacks on the terrace that evening. It was such a kind surprise. We were there over Easter 2025, with six rooms for the family, and had a really lovely stay. The place is beautiful, right in a perfect spot on Ortigia, with a lovely view and a welcoming reception. The terrace and breakfast area were great for eating together. Breakfast had tasty, varied food and several kinds of coffee. The rooms were simple but nice, and it felt like good value. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. We'd gladly recommend it. Thank you!

We were just a 15-20 minute walk from Siracusa station, and Ortigia was easy to explore from here. Our two-night room had a lovely view over the sea and harbour. The hotel is minimalist as described online, but comfortable and clean throughout. The breakfast room and rooftop terrace both have stunning views. Staff were friendly, and I'd happily recommend it.

We'd happily return to this elegant B&B. The terrace has a fantastic view, breakfast was very good, and the staff and owner were friendly. The furnishings were tasteful too.
