Re Dionisio Attic con terrazza by Wonderful Italy

After a day of walking, Tonia’s one-hour Decontracting Total body massage was just what my body needed. It was fantastic. She’s a master at massage, and I’d thoroughly recommend her.

The ocean-facing hot tub was awesome, especially at sunrise. The room was clean and the service was great at this little gem tucked into a city of jewels. Street parking looked a bit sketchy at first, but the area turned out to be one of the cleanest and safest in Italy.

The staff were welcoming, and thanks to Tonya for the great massage treatments. A couple of things need attention: the hot tub wouldn’t heat above 29 degrees, and the bedroom had a musty, damp smell that opening the window during the day helped with somewhat. There’s also mould in the shower area that needs fixing.

Our room was spacious, and the hotel has been refurbished. The room facing the water must be great, but the experience wasn’t right for us. We stayed two nights, 18-19 2025 nights. Check-out is at 10:30, while check-in isn’t until 15:00. We reached the hotel at 11:15 and had to wait until 15:00 to get into our room. That felt like too long, especially after travelling from another part of the island. The center is a 35-minute walk away, not 15 minutes as we’d been told. We went there to pass the time, and there’s nothing near the hotel to spend two or three hours at. The entrance and halls were dirty, and you have to carry your luggage up to reception. A great hotel, perhaps, but not for us.
