The apartment is really spacious, with amazing sea views, and the location is excellent. Still, the floors and surfaces were dirty, and the cutlery hadn’t been cleaned. Basic supplies like kitchen paper and detergent for cleaning the house were missing too. I sent the manager photos and explained that we had to clean it ourselves during our holiday, but they questioned whether I was credible. After 24 hours there was still no clear response from management. They were still assessing the photos to decide if the apartment was dirty. Such a pity given the property and the apartment itself.
