Cleo made this place special. She’s sweet and thoughtful, and has created a cozy, happy B&B with a really positive feel. Breakfast was exceptional, and the free bikes were a great way to get around. It’s in a residential area, just a short distance from the Sirmione center. Thanks, Cleo!

We didn’t get the stay we expected, and there was no way to cancel our booking. The owners showed no customer focus, and when we complained, their response was to accuse us instead of listening. That was very ugly. The toilet and shower were shared, which meant constantly waiting in line for the toilet. Breakfast was uncomfortable too, eaten under the hostess’s supervision. You could hear everything, including doors and floors creaking constantly, which was especially unpleasant at night. A few days of misery for the money.

Cleo is a really nice person, and makes a pretty good cappuccino. Breakfast was good enough, and being able to borrow bikes for free is very generous. My girlfriend’s bike worked fine, but check yours before setting off. There’s a toolkit nearby. I got one with a bent gear shift, so most gears didn’t work, and the first gear was actually second. The brake also rested against the tire, so I was pedaling even downhill. At least I burned about 1400 calories in a couple of hours, I guess 😂 It’s a great place to stay if you want to explore the southern part of Garda.

We loved riding the bikes, and the place is in such a relaxed area. The hosts were amazing and made our stay feel special. We had a fantastic time and I’d definitely recommend this place.

It’s a nice, home-like BB, and breakfast was the best part, supermo! 👍🏻 Too bad the owner didn’t warn us about parking on the street in front of the house. I got a 40 euro parking ticket 🤣
