I was promised a room with air conditioning, but when we arrived there wasn't one. I was told we didn't need it, but once the door was shut the heat was unbearable. The person in charge cancelled our booking, so we had to find another hotel. I wouldn't recommend this B&B.

Breakfast was generous and good, and the owner was very kind and helpful. The location worked really well too: a 10-minute walk along the lake gets you to central Sirmione, so you can avoid the rather expensive parking fee. I'd happily return for a short stay. The room was nice and the bed comfortable, but there were no windows in either the room or bathroom. The bathroom extractor fan wasn't adequate, and there were more carpets than I like.

The bedroom was spacious, the mattresses comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. I'm very particular about that, and I rarely sleep as well as I did here. The lady was warm, friendly, and really thoughtful about making guests feel at home. It's also close to the beach, and you can walk to both the town and historic center. I highly recommend it and will certainly return next time I'm in the area. Congratulations!!
