It was pretty much what I expected. It’s clean, and the staff are very polite. With only a few rooms, the place has a familiar feel. Breakfast isn’t a huge spread, but the coffee is great, and every room has WiFi and air conditioning. This isn’t a 5-Star Villa with its own Spa, but it suited what I had in mind.

We stayed as a family of four in L’Olivo and had an excellent time. The facilities were great, the location was great too, and Alessandro was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean.

We came with a group of about 35 people. I understand the hotel isn’t big and may not be suited to that many guests, but putting five teenagers, aged 17-19, in one room meant squeezing them into a space designed for two or three. The rooms were too small, and the air conditioning didn’t work. There were no proper blankets, and although staff listened to complaints and questions, they never did anything about them. The beds were okay, but not what I’d expect from a 3 star hotel. The rooms weren’t clean, and some features in the rooms and hallways were broken. The only thing that worked fine was the WiFi.

The woman was much nicer, but the Indian guy came across as weird and very rude to me. Breakfast was okay. When I went back for more because I still wasn't full, they looked at me strangely for eating more than what seemed "normal."

We had a really nice stay. The owners were friendly, the hotel was very clean, and parking was available. It was easy to get around from there.
