I’m Elena, owner of the seven Garden Ville apartments in building A of the residence, and I’m replying here because I can’t respond directly to Loris’s review. I don’t know him, and he has never stayed in any of my apartments. His description doesn’t fit my property. I look after my guests, help them when needed, and NEVER check people in remotely. I always welcome them in person. Unfortunately, other people at the residence rent apartments and treat their guests poorly. Those guests sometimes complain to me because they can’t find any other contact numbers. I’m sorry Loris had a bad experience, but it wasn’t my fault. Perhaps he should make sure he reviews the right property, so he doesn’t damage the work of people who truly do their best to make guests comfortable. Best regards, Elena.

The landlady was really friendly, helpful, and always there if we needed her. We had a wonderful holiday in a perfect apartment with everything we needed, less than 5 minutes from Lake Garda.

The bathroom smelled awful, there were ants in the apartment, and the shower was so bad it was hard to stay in there. We also didn’t have a colander, and the video they sent for check-in had the wrong instructions. The place seems left to fend for itself. I’d rather go abroad than stay in Italy with certain scary tenants.

It was noisy and dirty, and not a good choice for a family holiday. Parking was a major problem too.
