10/10
We loved the pool, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The view from our balcony window was beautiful. The AC wouldn't go below 20C, which we'd have preferred, but maybe that was our mistake. We decided to live with it.

The staff were the worst part. They seemed annoyed when we asked for help, and they brushed off problems instead of dealing with them professionally. Breakfast was crowded and disappointing each morning. Check-in was disorganized, the room much smaller than expected, and several things in it looked worn or broken. For the price, there are much better places nearby. Hotel La Paul Sirmione was frustrating from beginning to end.

2/10
The hotel was noisy and badly managed, and the staff were SO RUDE throughout our stay. I left an honest review and noticed it had been deleted soon after. Guests deserve to hear what the place is really like. Hiding negative reviews instead of fixing the problems is extremely unprofessional.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is great. They've recently put AC in every room. The rooms themselves are a bit outdated.

It could work for a short stay, but I wouldn't choose it for a longer visit. The rooms and bathrooms feel dated and could use renovation and a refresh.
