We spent a day here while we were in town for a concert, and had a great stay. The apartment was lovely, cozy, and, above all, clean, with all the comforts. If we come back to Pistoia, we’ll definitely stay here again.

We found a tidy, clean little apartment on the ground floor, with a good bed, air conditioning, and a Dolce Gusto machine. There’s a faint damp smell when you first walk in, but it doesn’t bother you and disappears after two minutes. It’s a great starting point for a Florence day trip by train, with return tickets costing under 10 euros per person. Pistoia is worth exploring too, and the center is about 200 meters away.

The owner was kind and ready to help with anything, and even arranged a permit for the ZTL and parking. This B&B is right in the historic center, convenient for everything. The ground-floor accommodation has cooking supplies, a breakfast kit, Wi-Fi, and bathroom products for the shower. Highly recommended.

The owner is super nice, and the place is really, really clean. It’s not huge, but it’s right in the center and has what you need, especially for breakfast. Highly recommended!

"Your Honor, I have no further questions!" The apartment is clean and spacious, right in the center, with breakfast and parking. The owner is very kind, and there’s a ZTL pass too.
