We enjoyed our three days here as a family. The apartment was reasonably priced, had parking on the property, and was in an excellent spot with a supermarket and drugstore within walking distance. The team was supportive, and check-in was easy. Even the sofa bed for the kids was already made up, something we don't always get at five-star hotels. The place has been renovated, though a few small things are still missing. We found that acceptable for the price.

We paid more than two months ahead and arranged everything with the manager by phone, expecting the cozy room shown online. Instead, we were given an extremely small room for two adults and a young child that looked completely different from the website photos. I called the manager as soon as I saw it, but was told there were no other rooms available. We got no help at all. A huge disappointment and terrible service.

A cozy place where you can get some peaceful rest. The young owners are kind, warm, and helpful.

For a budget stay, this hotel was good value. We booked a small room for three, but it was worth the price and had its own bathroom. There's also a pool if you'd rather swim there than in the lake. The hotel is near Lake Garda, though I wouldn't recommend swimming in the lake for hygiene reasons. A bus stop is nearby, and a ticket gets you to Sermione.
