We were very satisfied with the hotel. It worked well as a base for visiting nearby cities, and the apartment was perfectly fine: a simple two-room layout with a queen-size bed. Both rooms had air conditioning, and it was fully equipped for cooking. There’s also a Penny very close by for groceries. Parking in the blue-marked spaces is free with the hotel’s ticket.

Flavio was a kind manager who looked after us from the start and made sure we felt at home. The residence is in a peaceful spot close to central Sirmione, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment was roomy and had everything for a longer stay, including AC, a fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave, and more. The private garden was spacious too, and our dog loved playing there. The place matched its description. We had to leave sooner than planned, but enjoyed our time and will definitely return.

The owner makes you feel at home, and the apartments are clean, comfortable, spacious, and equipped for a great holiday. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the lake, restaurants, and grocery stores. We’ve stayed twice already and hope to be back for a third visit soon. One of the best places to stay at Lake Garda.

Flavio, the owner, was welcoming and helpful, answered our questions, and gave us great tips about the area. The apartment is well located near the lake and city center, and they have bikes in lots of different sizes. Our room was clean, everything worked, and nothing felt broken or worn out. It had a big balcony and enough space for two adults and two children, with everything we needed provided.
