Breakfast worked nicely: we chose from a menu the day before, then everything was prepared for us the next morning. The hotel is family-run, attractive, clean, and well cared for. It's just north of the old town beside the thermal spa, but the neighborhood still feels peaceful. We stayed May 4-6 and had a very pleasant, comfortable visit. Parking is limited, so if you're driving, reserve a spot ahead of time. Remember to give the hotel your license plate before you arrive so they can arrange access to the ZTL zone. We'd gladly recommend staying here.

We were sad to leave and would love to come back soon. The room was clean, and we got fresh towels every day. The beds felt a little hard and the pillows weren't comfortable, though that's personal preference. It's a family-run place in a perfect spot close to town, with a private pier on the lake that we really enjoyed. The staff were cheerful, lovely, and always helpful. We highly recommend it.

Leaving tonight and already sad about it. The pool was lovely, and the dock feels like heaven. Everyone here has been kind and helpful, and the hotel itself is charming and in a wonderful location. Our room was clean, comfortable, and modern. I can't wait to return.

We had a standard double room and expected something basic, but it was actually very nice, with a renovated bathroom. The service was great, the staff were kind and helpful, and the lunch they serve was one of the best meals we ate on the trip. We had a really good stay and would come back. Thank you! We also rented a parking spot in front of the hotel. Getting through the narrow streets and crowds can be an adventure, especially with a car. We arrived at noon, which seemed to be the busiest time. The roads were much emptier and easier in the morning and late afternoon or evening. The ferry is around a 5-8 minute walk away.

The private “pontilio” on the lake was a lovely place to relax. We had a very good stay, and the staff were friendly and gave us useful information and advice.
