We only stayed for two days, and the experience turned out even better than we expected. The room had a great view and the food was amazing. Reception and dining staff alike were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. That smile from the staff was infectious! Everyone in our family kept praising them. We loved the hotel and won’t forget how kindly we were treated. Thanks so much!

The food was the worst part. Breakfast scored 5/10, with very little choice. Dinner was 2/10: tasteless, cold, and undercooked. The kitchen seemed amateurish, as if the person cooking had no training. During our four days, the dirty tablecloth was never changed. The hotel feels very old, with no investment in equipment or repairs. Our room was cold because the heating wasn’t enough. Most of the staff didn’t know basic English, though the male receptionist was great. The ski-boot room had no heating or shoe holders, so our boots were wet every morning. Never again.

We spent a week here with my husband and his workmates, and found it a very welcoming place. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean, with the room maids always around to tidy up. The restaurant served delicious food, and the chef did a great job with the tasty New Year’s Eve meals. I especially liked the bartender, who was very nice and professional. The two entertainers also knew how to keep both the children and adults amused. I’d warmly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant holiday.

If you’re staying half board, be ready for a feast every day. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, even providing a free minibus to and from the Ovovia, which takes you to miles of lovely pistes. The old, connected villas look picture-perfect, and the setting in the magical Alto Adige area of Siusi, Dolomites is beautiful. I couldn’t recommend it more.
