I don’t usually write reviews, but Marco and his team made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived, and kept that warm, considerate service going throughout. The hotel is close to both the lake and the old town. Our room was super clean, breakfast was lovely, and the pool stayed pleasantly uncrowded. I was sorry to leave, but I’ll definitely return. Grazie mille Hotel Benacus! 😊

Lazise worked really well as a base for exploring the southern part of Lake Garda, and the hotel is both close to the centre and water and quiet despite that. The hosts were caring and friendly, breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the pool. The air conditioning was decent, though it could be better, but it cooled the room enough. We’d book here again if we come back to the lake.
