Borgopetra

Borgopetra felt overpriced to me, and the customer service was poor. I paid a premium for a room in the area, but there was no restaurant or bar available. Breakfast was minimal, and we had to argue to get sliced meat and cheese. There was a toaster but no bread for it, and the only cereal was small packets of Cornflakes. The internet didn't work either. If there's a wedding reception on, be ready to feel like a second-class guest. The service struck me as very unprofessional. When I finally got to speak in person with the woman who seemed to be in charge, she never gave me her name and didn't listen to what I was saying. She came close to dismissing me, and at one point said she didn't have time for this. I got angry then. How could she tell a paying guest she had no time? It was rude and unprofessional, and I couldn't believe she said it to my face. If I hadn't paid in advance, after that behavior I would seriously have considered not paying at all.
